About Course

Education is an organized process that aims to enable the learner to acquire general cognitive foundations, and is carried out in an organized and deliberate manner with specific and known goals. Training is an organized and planned effort to provide education personnel with specific knowledge to improve and develop their skills and abilities. Education and training is one of the most important areas of career development, as it will provide teachers and trainers with the necessary skills to improve their performance, hence the increasing requirements for employee training based on management and other specialized skills. Therefore, we designed this program to advance the development of the training process and inform teachers and trainers of all the necessary foundations to meet all the needs of the educational and training process.
